What Do We Fund
We are open to helping with rehab funding needs as well as the purchase of properties. As a family-owned company we focus on properties for one to four families with a special interest in improving neighborhoods and areas.
Funding amount depends on available funding at the time of request.
Rehab projects can often be funded for as little as $3,000 and property purchases for up to $200,000.
